Why JT Pro Center
Built to get you riding, fast and safe
Three reasons riders choose JT Pro Center to learn in the Caribbean.

Private coaching
Private Instructor
Your certified instructor uses Bluetooth radio coaching while you are on the board, giving live feedback on timing, kite control and body position so you progress much faster than in a standard lesson.

Boat support
Private boat and driver
Each lesson includes a private instructor, dedicated safety boat, and boat driver. The boat is always with you, which reduces waiting time and swimming time during progression.

Beginner friendly
Two kite spots
A warm, knee-deep beginner lagoon, plus a huge flat water spot for board lessons. You learn with steady trade winds and warm water. No experience needed, see how the Discovery Kite Lesson is built to get you safely onto the board.

FAQ
Questions before you book
Do I need experience to try kitesurfing?
No. You only need to know how to swim. Your instructor starts with kite control and adapts the lesson to your level.
Can I try the board on day one?
The Discovery Lesson is built to move toward the board on day one when the conditions and your progression allow it.
What is included in a lesson?
Your lesson includes kite gear, a private instructor, a dedicated safety boat and a boat driver.
Can you help with accommodation?
Yes. Current Union Island accommodation options can be checked and paired with your lesson plan.
Can I add Grenadines kite trips?
Yes. Kite excursions are for kitesurfers and non kitesurfers, with beaches, scenery and snorkeling for everyone. To kitesurf on a shared charter, you must be a fully independent rider.
What happens if there is no wind?
If conditions are not suitable, the lesson plan is adjusted, rescheduled when possible, or adapted around your stay. Lessons are refunded when the wind is not strong enough for lessons.
How many days do I need to learn kitesurfing?
Most beginners should plan 3 to 5 half-day lessons. A Discovery Lesson is enough to try kitesurfing, while a 3 or 5 half-day course gives you the best chance to progress toward independent riding. If you are cruising in the area or short on time, book the 3 half-day course. If you are staying with us, book the full 5 half-day course and add extra lessons afterward to keep improving. For a deeper breakdown by milestone, read our guide to how long it takes to learn kitesurfing.
