The private villa
Luxury Mer et Sel Villa with Tobago Cays Views
Villa Mer & Sel looks directly toward Mayreau, the Tobago Cays, the JT Pro Center kite spot, and Union Island Salt Pond. It is about a 7 minute golf cart drive or a 15 minute walk to the JT Pro Center main kite spot and to the town center, where restaurants and bars are reopening for the season.

Private suites
The Private Suites With Ocean View and Outdoor Patio
The suites are located beneath the villa and have their own private entrances and patios. They are not included with the villa rental unless booked together. They are a clean option for guests who want the view, privacy, and access to a dedicated shared kitchen for the two suites without renting the full house.
- ✓Each suite is 305 sq ft, or 28 m².
- ✓King-size bed, walk-in bathroom, AC, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, Starlink internet, and daily housekeeping.
- ✓Guests can use the dedicated shared kitchen for the two suites on the same level.
- ✓Suites can be booked individually, together, or together with the villa.
Cozy room
A smaller add-on room when you need more flexibility.
The Cozy Room is the smallest and most economical option. It is 176 sq ft, or 16 m², with its own private entrance, queen-size bed, walk-in bathroom, AC, small fridge, cleaning service, Starlink internet, and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can use the shared kitchen on the same level. It can be booked individually or together with the villa, and it works well as an additional room for a suite or villa booking.
Golf carts and scooters
Reserve the villa and golf cart together.
Vehicle rentals require a driver’s license, ideally international. Three golf carts are available for rent to move easily between Mer & Sel, town, and Kitebeach.
- ✓Villa and suite guest price: Golf cart, 2 or 4-seater: 75 USD/day. Scooter/Moped: 50 USD/day.
- ✓Non-villa and non-suite guests: Golf cart, 2 or 4-seater: 100 USD/day.
