• kite, wing, foil, SUP, and related equipment rental;
• snorkeling and other water activities;
• excursions, island trips, kite cruises, private boat trips, and charters; and
• local accommodation or guest services that it is identified as providing.

JT Pro Center Ltd controls local staffing, instructors, captains, equipment, schedules, activity locations, operational decisions, and on-site safety for the services it supplies.

3. Booking and Payment Relationship

For a service supplied by JT Pro Center Ltd:

• JT Pro Booking LLC acts as the website operator, booking administrator, disclosed payment-collection company, and Stripe merchant of record;
• JT Pro Center Ltd acts as the local Provider;
• an electronic payment to JT Pro Booking LLC is credited toward the price of the confirmed service; and
• a remaining balance may be payable to JT Pro Booking LLC or directly to JT Pro Center Ltd, as stated in the Booking Confirmation.

Payment methods may include Stripe, Zelle, bank transfer, or cash. The permitted method, currency, recipient, amount, and payment deadline are stated in the quotation or Booking Confirmation.

4. Mer & Sel Accommodation

Each Mer & Sel Booking Confirmation identifies the applicable Accommodation Provider.

Where JT Pro Center Ltd is identified as the Accommodation Provider, it is responsible for local accommodation operations and guest service. JT Pro Booking LLC may administer the reservation and electronic payment.

If the operating or management company changes, the Provider for a new booking will be identified before payment. An existing booking will not be transferred without notice and any agreement required by law.

5. Independent Hotels, Villas, Boats, and Other Providers

At a guest’s request, a JT company may suggest or introduce an independent hotel, villa, boat operator, transport provider, or activity business.

Unless a written Booking Confirmation expressly states that the service is a JT-operated booking:

• neither JT company sells or confirms the Independent Provider’s service;
• neither JT company collects the Independent Provider’s deposit or balance;
• the guest contracts with and pays the Independent Provider directly; and
• the Independent Provider’s own terms, cancellation policy, and refund policy apply.

A JT company cannot issue a refund for money paid directly to an Independent Provider. A suggestion is based on local familiarity or previous experience and is not a guarantee of licensing, insurance, safety, quality, availability, or performance.

6. Prices, Fees, and Refunds

The quotation or Booking Confirmation states the price, currency, mandatory taxes or charges, deposit, balance schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.

The amount quoted for Stripe payment is the amount payable through Stripe. A lower price or discount may be offered for approved bank transfer or cash payment. No card surcharge will be added unless it is lawful, processor-approved, card-network compliant, and disclosed in the exact amount before payment.

Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Approved electronic refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
