Important accommodation update
Good news for our kite and wing guests visiting Union Island. Our new villa and studio suite accommodation on Union Island is now available through JT Pro Center.
Mer et Sel Villa & Suites, also known by many guests as the Kite House, is one of the best Union Island accommodation options for kiters staying on Union Island. It is close to our kitesurfing school, comfortable for longer kite trips, and gives guests an easy base for kite lessons, wing foiling, boat trips, Tobago Cays excursions, and beach days.
All of our kite and wing guests who stayed at the villa and suites have had a great experience, especially because everything can be organized in one place: accommodation, lessons, excursions, local advice, and guest support.
WHY BOOKING WITH US
KITE ACCOMMODATION ON UNION ISLAND
The original Kite Beach bungalows were damaged by Hurricane Beryl and are not currently available for direct room bookings as before.
Today, we continue to welcome kite and wing guests through our updated Kite House accommodation and studio suite options on Union Island.
JT Pro Center remains based near the main kite area, with kitesurfing lessons, wing foiling, boat-supported sessions, and excursions available when conditions and rider level are suitable.

The original Kite Beach rooms and bungalows are not currently available until further notice. The details below are kept as historical context for guests who remember the original Kite Beach accommodation.

KITEBEACH AMENITIES
Guests who booked their Union Island accommodation through us via www.kitesurfgrenadines.com do not have to pay the Kitebeach amenities.
This will give you access to our air compressor, day beds, bar area, Wifi, and beach launching services.
If you are not staying in accommodation booked through us and wish to kite at Kitebeach on Union Island, you must pay the Kitebeach amenities and launching fee of 20 US$ per day per Kitesurfer.
The beach remains free to access to the public.
The Beautiful Double Rooms Ocean View are located above the bar and lobby area of the hotel.
You are closer to town and only 200 meters from the Kite Center.

The rooms are equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, hot water and one queen sized bed.

THE KITEBEACH COTTAGES (New with Air Condition)
Historical note: the original Kite Beach cottages described below are not currently bookable. This section is kept for guests who remember the old accommodation.
When the original cottages were operating, they were located on the kitesurfing spot next to the Kite Center, with the beach only a few meters away from the balcony.
The rooms are equipped with a fridge and hot water with one queen sized bed with AC.
Internet WIFI is available in the room.
Breakfast is not included but there are many breakfast options at a very short walking distance to the room.

When it was operating, the Kite Beach studio offered the same features as the Kitebeach Cottage, plus a functional kitchen, a large king-size bed, a fridge, and a bigger open-plan living room where an extra mattress could be added.

The Beachfront Cottages are situated on the beach facing the sea, only a 200 meter distance from the Kite Spot and a 200 meter walking distance from the center of town where the bars and restaurants are located.
It is the good alternative if you are looking for a room protected from the wind

The Big beach Cottage benefits from the same location as the Beach Cottages stated above but include a second room with two extra beds accessible from the first room.
It is a great solution for families or friends traveling together.
Both rooms have their own AC units and are now physically separated by a wall. There is only one bathroom for both rooms accessible through the main room.

The Beach VILLA COTTAGE is the perfect solution for big families or groups of friends traveling together and looking for a small house on the beach near the kitesurfing spot.
The apartment features a small kitchen, two independent rooms with AC as well as a set of additional bunk beds between the two rooms (for Kids). (Note that the bunk Do not have AC but one of the room door can be left open for the AC to cool the bunk bed section)
