UNION ISLAND LUXURY VILLA AND SUITES
Villa Mer & Sel and Suites is one of Union Island’s most stunning villas with a direct view of Mayreau, the Tobago Cays, the JT Pro Center kitespot, and the famous Union Island Salt Pond. It is a 7 minute Golf cart drive or 15 minute walk to the JT Pro Center main kitespot and to the town center with restaurants and bars reopening for the season.
From the property you can see Kite Beach and easily check wind conditions.
The villa includes two very large air conditioned bedrooms, each with private bathroom, toilet, and balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, patio with BBQ and lounge area, and Starlink fast internet.
The bottom floor has two independent private suites with a large patio, shared kitchen, and oceanfront view. These suites are rented separately and are not included with the villa rental. A very small additional room can also be rented separately.
Three golf carts are available for rent to move easily between the villa and town. See pictures and rates below.

7min drive from Kitebeach, The 2-Bedroom Private Villa (Upper Floor) – Two large bedrooms with king-size beds, AC, Starlink internet , private bathrooms and private front patio. The large central living area includes a beautiful fully equipped designer kitchen with oversized kitchen island, coffee and cocktail bar, wine cellar fridge, Outdoor BBQ, living room with large TV offering Netflix and Spotify, and a stunning large front patio overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Daily house keeping services included.

The One Bedroom Mayreau View Private Suite
with Patio and shared Kitchen
Located beneath the villa, each 305 sq ft (28 m²) Suite has its own private entrance and Patio, a king-size bed, walk-in bathroom, AC, small fridge, daily house keeping services, Starlink internet and Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.
Guests can make use of the shared kitchen on the same level. The Suites can be booked individually or together with the villa.

The Cozy Room
Located beneath the villa, The cozy room is our smallest and most economical option, the 176 sq ft (16m²) room has its own private entrance , a queen-size bed, walk-in bathroom, AC, small fridge, Cleaning service, Starlink internet and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can make use of the shared kitchen on the same level. The Cozy room can be booked individually or together with the villa, it is a great additional room for the Suite or the Villa.

Rate And Bookings
KITEBEACH AMENITIES
Hotel guests who booked their stay through us via www.kitesurfgrenadines.com DO NOT have to pay the Kitebeach Amenities.
If you are not staying at our Hotel and wish to kite at Kitebeach on Union island you must pay the kite launching fee of 20$ per Day per Kitesurfer if using our amenities or launching and packing areas. The beach remains free to access to the public.
