The original Kite Beach bungalows are no longer available. For current kitesurfing and wing foil guests, Mer et Sel Villa & Suites is the recommended stay option near the spot.
The private villa and suites give guests a comfortable Union Island base for lessons, wing foiling, boat trips, Tobago Cays excursions, beach days, and local support through JT Pro Center.
The property is about a 7-minute golf cart ride from the launching area and island restaurants, with direct views toward Mayreau and the kite spot.

Guests who book their Union Island accommodation through us via www.kitesurfgrenadines.com do not have to pay the Kite Beach amenities.
This gives you access to the air compressor, day beds, bar area, Wi-Fi, beach launching services, and free gear storage at Kite Beach while you stay with us.
If you are not staying in accommodation booked through us and wish to kite at Kite Beach on Union Island, you must pay the Kite Beach amenities and launching fee of 20 US$ per day per kitesurfer.
The beach remains free to access to the public.
Mer et Sel Villa & Suites for Kite and Wing Guests
Near the Kite Beach launching area
Mer et Sel is near the spot, about a 7-minute golf cart ride from the launching area and island restaurants, so you can stay comfortably without being far from the kite and wing foil setup.
Amazing Ocean and Spot Views
The villa and suites have direct views toward Mayreau and the kite spot, so you can check whether the wind looks good enough for a session straight from your room.

The Kitebeach Cottages

When the original cottages were operating, they were located on the kitesurfing spot next to the Kite Center, with the beach only a few meters away from the balcony.

When it was operating, the Kite Beach studio offered the same features as the Kitebeach Cottage, plus a functional kitchen, a large king-size bed, a fridge, and a bigger open-plan living room where an extra mattress could be added.

The Beachfront Cottages are situated on the beach facing the sea, only a 200 meter distance from the Kite Spot and a 200 meter walking distance from the center of town where the bars and restaurants are located.
It is the good alternative if you are looking for a room protected from the wind.
The Room also comes with a small fridge and AC.

The Big beach Cottage benefits from the same location as the Beach Cottages stated above but include a second room with two extra beds accessible from the first room.
It is a great solution for families or friends traveling together.
Both rooms have their own AC units and are now physically separated by a wall. There is only one bathroom for both rooms accessible through the main room.

The Beach VILLA COTTAGE is the perfect solution for big families or groups of friends traveling together and looking for a small house on the beach near the kitesurfing spot.
The apartment features a small kitchen, two independent rooms with AC as well as a set of additional bunk beds between the two rooms for kids. Note that the bunk beds do not have AC, but one of the room doors can be left open for the AC to cool the bunk bed section.
