Kitesurfing Lesson Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to kitesurfing lessons booked through JT Pro Booking LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States, acting as merchant of record for online bookings and payments.

Lessons take place in Union Island, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, or surrounding Caribbean locations, and may be fulfilled by local instructors or approved service providers on behalf of JT Pro Booking LLC.

Reservation and Payment

A US$100 deposit or full payment is required to secure a kitesurfing lesson reservation.

A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.

Weather Cancellations

Kitesurfing is weather-dependent. Safety always comes first.

If the kite center cancels the lesson before it starts because of unsuitable weather conditions, the guest will receive a full refund for the cancelled lesson.

If the lesson starts but cannot be completed because of unsuitable weather, the guest will only be charged for the time already spent on the lesson. Any unused lesson time may be refunded or adjusted according to the actual time completed.

Guest Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable for guest cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled lesson date.

For guest cancellations made outside the non-refundable period, eligible refunds will be processed minus a 5% processing fee.

Late Arrival, No-Show, or Early Stop

No refund or time extension will be given if:

  • The guest chooses to shorten or stop the lesson early
  • The guest arrives late
  • The guest does not show up
  • The guest is not ready at the scheduled lesson time

Late arrival may reduce the total lesson time, and the lesson will still be charged based on the original scheduled time.

Safety and Instructor Decision

All lessons are subject to the instructor’s safety assessment. The kite center or instructor may delay, modify, shorten, or cancel a lesson if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the guest’s level.

In the case of a safety-related cancellation made by the kite center before the lesson starts, the guest will not be charged for the cancelled lesson.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
